, New Jersey Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a compassionate
and skilled Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join the Pediatric
Hematology/Oncology Division at K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative,
academic, and patient-centered environment dedicated to providing
exceptional care to children and adolescents.The ideal candidate
will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication
with a commitment to outstanding patient care. RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients with
hematologic and oncologic diseases. - Collaborate with the Division
Chief on strategic planning and program development. - Participate
in 24-hour practice coverage (on-call responsibilities). - Engage
in Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives. - Work closely
with nursing leadership on policy development, patient
satisfaction, and clinical initiatives. - Serve as an educational
resource for nursing staff, residents, fellows, hospitalists, and
community physicians. - Actively participate in medical/surgical
committees as assigned. - Develop, supervise, and contribute to
research projects within the division. - Ensure timely and accurate
completion of professional billing documentation. - Respond to
patient surveys and grievances related to quality of care.
REQUIREMENTS: - MD or DO degree - Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology - Eligible for New Jersey medical
licensure - Strong interpersonal, clinical, academic, and

our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is
$188,443. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a
reasonable good-faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this
role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay

living and market rates for the specific location. Internal Equity:
Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation
ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant
funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that
can be offered. In addition to our compensation for full-time and
part-time (20 hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive
