Doctor of Medicine | Pediatrics - General/Other Location: North Bergen, NJ Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our well-established practice serving communities across Central and Northern New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and community impact. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care while participating in periodic newborn rounding. This role offers a balanced schedule, no delivery responsibilities, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families. Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week Every other Saturday rotation One weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked Clinical Highlights: Outpatient-focused practice No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required Diverse patient population with a large Spanish-speaking community Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $190,000 – $210,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials) Quarterly performance bonus Partnership track opportunity Medical and dental insurance Malpractice insurance coverage 401(k) with profit-sharing Generous paid time off (1 month) Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred to support the community served
