What You ll Do: As an Optometrist, you will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose vision problems, and recommend appropriate treatments. Your expertise will help patients achieve better sight and overall eye health. You ll receive thorough EMR training and shadowing to ensure smooth integration into our team. This role offers a flexible schedule with potential for extra hours at other locations, making it ideal for providers local to the area or willing to travel. Required Skills: Valid Optometry License and Board Certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse patient populations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual skills with Spanish proficiency highly preferred Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in FQHC clinics or hospital settings Comfort with EMR systems Ability to drive to different location sites Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in optometry practice Other Requirements: Credentialing process may take 60-90 days Local candidates preferred; providers must cover their own travel costs if outside the local area Current need primarily for Wednesdays and Fridays, with potential for additional hours at other locations Enjoy competitive hourly pay of $119.35, weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, generous referral bonuses, and ongoing support from our dedicated team.
