As a Customer Service & Administration Assistant, you will be in direct contact with our customers, broker partners and vendors and have also the opportunity to interact and work with all internal departments.
-Your Tasks

  • Process customer orders from order entry to coordination of shipping and invoicing
  • Document and investigate into customer complaints and process the corresponding return and credit note
  • Follow up on requests and inquiries from customers and brokers partners
  • Process and register incoming deposits in our ERP-system
  • Investigate into payment residuals by requesting back-up documentation, Prepare and discuss findings internally and then close the residuals in our ERP-system
  • Process weekly customer dunning report
  • Assist with vendor form W9 collection and year-end form 1099 reconciliation
  • Assist with the reconciliation of all travel expenses as well as with the reconciliation of the corporate credit cards
  • General administration tasks: preparation and mailing out of product samples and documents, document/invoice scanning, ordering of office supplies, etc.
  • Assignment of ad hoc special projects by the Customer & Sales Support Manager as well as Accounting Manager -What you need to succeed at Loacker USA
    • Degree in a field related to the job description or work experience in customer service, sales support and/or administration/book-keeping (High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred)
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively
    • You are a reliable, flexible, quality-driven, and self-confident team-player
    • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas
    • Computer skills including MS Office programs, SAP, CRM (preferred Dynamics), document management (SharePoint).
    • Ability to come to our US-headquarters in Downtown Jersey City every workday
