This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.Client DetailsOur client operates at the heart of the world's financial, energy and commodities markets.DescriptionResponsibilitiesProvide HR support to upwards of 1,000+ employees and consultants across multiple offices in the Americas regionFacilitate the new hire process from start to finish - including offer letter creation, background check monitoring, issuance of new hire paperwork, data entry into workday and payroll submissionCoordinate and conduct new hire orientationProcess all job change requestsFacilitate the termination process - including calculating PTO pay-outs, generatingexit surveys, processing the term transaction in Workday and submitting terminationdetails to payrollAssist with coordinating the semi-monthly payroll notification process ensuring allpayroll actions are created, signed-off and filed within payroll deadlinesMaintain new hire and termination trackersMaintain and ensure full compliance of employment files, both physical and digital, aswell as overall record keepingAssist with maintenance of labor law postings for all US officesProvide reporting and data verification to key stakeholdersRespond to all employment verification requestsRespond to general HR inquiresAd hoc projects as requiredProfileRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of related experienceFamiliarity with a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within financial servicesExperience with HR Management Systems, Workday a plusFundamental understanding of Human Resources processesClient focused and customer service orientedExcellent organization, time management, and follow-up skillsAbility to prioritize and demonstrate an appropriate sense of urgencyStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailOutstanding judgment, sensitivity and high discretionJob OfferCompetitive hourly rateBenefits available on day 1Flexible work environment
