are hiring a Senior Human Resources Representative to join our
team!With a laser focus on shaping the Human Resources function,
this role will ensure the Tropicana Brands Group (Tropicana)
product portfolio meets all HR required regulatory and company
requirements and guidelines to both delight our consumers and
protect the Tropicana brands and reputation. This role will partner
with cross-functional teams across the business network, will
ensure implementation of change management protocols, policies, and
programs that capitalize on the company's strengths and address
opportunities and gaps in our HR execution. This role will be
directly responsible for executing the strategic initiatives
necessary for providing the highest quality HR in the
organization.Role Summary:The Senior HR Representative will support
both the Jersey City, NJ and Whitestone, NY facilities and is
responsible for delivering the overall agenda for our Human
Resource programs across both sites.The Site Senior HR
Representative has accountability for two locations approximately
the size of 250 employees. The role's primary responsibilities are
executing the short-term and long-term vision for the HR function
and directly associating with the Front Line, coaching, and being a
true employee advocate. The site is a Unionized facility. This
individual is responsible for maintaining Union relationships,
managing multiple shifts of the facility's employees, assisting
with developing a team of front-line supervisors. Team members and
peers are based in Chicago, Bradenton, Ft. Pierce, City of
Industry, and Oxnard facilities.This person must be a positive team
player, have a willingness to carry out broader company
initiatives, be credible, have great communication, follow up, and
have heavy influencing skills. The site's Senior HR Representative
will play a critical role in working with the site to deliver
Tropicana HR goals while maximizing our HR programs, policies and
implementing best practices.We are not just committed to winning as

Day in the Life:
- Execute key HR initiatives that support the broader
vision.
- You will guide leaders and frontline employees regarding
company policies, values, HR program administration (benefits, pay,
and salary), and interpretation to ensure union contract language,
policies, and procedures are executed consistently across the
sites.
- You will be responsible for diagnosing organizational issues,
developing solutions, and implementing an action plan
- Ensure activities are following all state and federal
employment laws and regulations
- Partner with site teams on performance management to develop
pipeline and succession plans
- Execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs
(including campus recruiting). Partner with local teams to ensure
ongoing outreach activities.
- Execute site/region-level strategies to improve Organizational
Health and culture
- Lead and participate in Talent Activities including Diversity &
Inclusion initiativesWhat will make you successful?

- Have an overall encouraging customer service approach/style
with the ability to rebrand and redevelop HR relationships with
business partners and the Front-Line employees.
- Ability to take deadlines seriously while meeting or exceeding
the team's deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Understanding and experience with most or all the core aspects
of Human Resources including employee relations, staffing, labor
relations, performance management, leadership development,
coaching, and training.
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into
actionable items
- Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor
Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another
related field preferred
- Prior Labor Relations experience (Grievance Management,
Arbitrations, and Contract Negotiations) in a Unionized
facility
- Experience with maintaining Union relationships, managing
multiple shifts of employees and assisting with developing a team
of front-line supervisors in a manufacturing environment
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or
Human Resources Management preferred
- At Least 5 years Prior Human Resources
- We are looking for candidates with experience supporting onsite
front-line employeesThis position is limited to persons with
