Job Description:

"This role requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must provide proof of such vaccinations within 3 days of commencement of services. *This role will be using a hybrid model (2-3 day in office, 2-3 days WFH)

Description: This role consists of processing ACAT and Non ACAT transfers, both receiving and delivering. Day to day task will include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing incoming transfer requests
Preparing and mailing re-registration paperwork
Rollowing up with contra firms on the status of transfers
Attention to details, accuracy and good written and verbal communication skills are essential to the position
Must be a hands on team player who is able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, as well as, remaining focused on the task at hand
