PMO Project Manager
Hybrid in Jersey City (see description below).

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of IT Production Americas projects in his/her scope: IT moves (IT part of staff moves between existing or new locations). The Project Manager works cross-functionally and collaborates closely with other stakeholders across the regional organization to ensure achievement of targeted objectives.

This role requires close partnership with IT Production teams and Transversal functions teams among other organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish the structure of projects in his/her scope, aligned with the PMO team processes
• Ensure project objectives are communicated to relevant stakeholders, committed, managed and met
• Coordinate stakeholders across organizations and locations
• Manage budget for projects in his/her scope
• Report progress and escalate issues, following relevant PMO processes
  Minimum Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in project management
  • Expert knowledge of MS office products
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to develop and deliver informative progress reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Leadership skills - ability to build strong working relationships to execute and successfully complete the programs and projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills i.e. the ability to anticipate problems and solve them quickly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to understand and translate technologies
  • Ability to create, foster and maintain relationships with end users, technical teams and Senior Management
  • Ability to work with difficult people in a respectful and professional manner
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take initiative
