The ISO Solutions unit of Verisk Insurance Solutions is looking for
a Technical Product Specialist to support Mozart Form Composer an
innovative cloud-based product management and development platform
serving insurance carriers. The candidate will be responsible for
working closely with Product Managers, Product Development, and
Customers to assist in servicing customers and supporting the
growth and development of Mozart Form Composer. The candidate will
also be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales services
including requirement gathering, implementation, product
presentations, training, troubleshooting and technical account
management and support.
This position will be responsible for the timely and smooth
implementation of new customers, process improvement and
coordination of any problems or issues as they arise for new and
existing customers. This position requires strong skills in
Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) technologies and expertise in
Microsoft Excel and Word programing.
Title: Technical Product Specialist Mozart Form Composer
Organizational Unit: ISO Solutions
Develop extensive knowledge of product and features to support
customers, sales and service
Provide second-level support to answer technical questions and
triage issues for resolution including PC hardware and software
Liaise with Product Development, Support and Customers to determine
root cause analysis and provide Answers customer and field support
questions; provides guidance and support for product integration
and infrastructure issues
Identifies, documents, and provide resolutions for maintenance
issues and bugs from customers, Sales and Service
Coordinates with service support and customers to address and
resolve problems and expand product usage
Coordinate new feature implementation and customization
This role requires travel to customer sites as needed.
BS in Computer Science or related technical skills
5 Years Product Management Experience
Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive
follow-through, and a passion for the highest level of customer
5 years Prior implementation management, sales support, product
support or customer services experience is required
Background in insurance industry preferred
Strong technical background in Extract, Transform and Load (ETL)
technologies, Microsoft Excel and Word programming.
Highly organized, sharp individual with excellent interpersonal,
communication and relationship building skills
