Job Description:

--- Experience from Start-up company is must /Experience from ecommerce start- up company .--- Currently runs smaller team, very intimate (code reviews, etc)--- Be able to talk about lessons from previous go-live, toe to toe with engineers, not middle manager out of touch--- Person would have large impact--- Highly likely to be a good leader if they understand what a good engineer looks like (agile)--- Understand requirements, work/code being produced--- High tech meetup group - talks at Amazon. Local conferences - target. Github accounts.--- Not traditional manager who leads and has stopped coding 20 years ago. Need to be in touch with coding recently. Good leader can dive deep and knows detail.
