Business Unit Manager/Technical Recruiting Coordinator The Business Unit Manager/Technical Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the overall execution of activities of the business. The focus of the role will be managing the business continuity activities and internal recruiting initiatives, working closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS). In this role, you will partner with Citi's Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Managers, to track employee headcount and facilitate the hiring process to hires the best talent for the team. Responsibilities: * Manage and track large scale recruiting initiatives and assist CoS with global workforce strategy and planning. * Effectively and proactively communicate with Citi's Global Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Managers regarding the status of the team's requisitions. * Understand fully the Citi recruitment lifecycle to be able to track progress of interviews, status of pre-employment and pre-offer checks, status of offer letters and onboarding etc. * Develop monthly metrics to monitor and measure the progress of hiring efforts, and factors impacting or impeding the progress of hiring * Assist leadership/CoS in promoting and executing communication strategy for internal business messaging. * Assist with financial deliverables including forecasts as well as productivity/cost savings initiatives under the direction of CoS. * Participate in People Engagement Working Groups such as Voice of the Employee (VOE) or Diversity & Inclusion and assist with related activities and communication. * Ensures 100% compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines. Qualifications: * Acts as a change agent - identify process gaps, trends or anomalies and recommend improvements to existing practices * Excellent time management skills / ability to multitask and attention to detail - need to be able to work under pressure * Good project and program management skills * Proficient problem-solving skills. * Must have solid communication, writing and presentation skills * Ability to manage different stakeholders * Prior recruiting experience especially in an IT recruiting role - this would be a plus * 6-10 years of experience in financial services industry with a good understanding of software development lifecycle Education: * Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
