Job Description - Virtual Client Solutions - Business Transformation -Platform & Technology Vice President (3193874) Job Description Virtual Client Solutions - Business Transformation -Platform & Technology Vice President Job Number: 3193874 Posting Date Primary Location : Americas-United States of America-New Jersey-Jersey City Other Locations : Americas-United States of America-New Jersey-Lawrenceville, Americas-United States of America-Arizona-Gilbert, Americas-United States of America-Florida-Tampa Job : Wealth Management Employment Type : Full Time Job Level : Vice President Description Position Summary: This Vice President role will be part of the Business Solutions and Integration team within the Virtual Client Solutions (VCS) and have project management and business requirements gathering responsibilities for the VCS portfolio of projects. The role will work as a strategic partner within all VCS business units (Virtual Advisor/Workplace Solutions ) and MS Wealth Management technology teams to define and implement key strategic deployments aligned to the growth and efficiency of the organizations platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Trading Platforms, Case Management, etc.). They will be responsible for facilitating several key projects from user story documentation through go-live/deployment (Agile development cycle). The ideal candidate must have significant experience with of all aspects of Agile, Contact Center experience and be well versed in project management, business analysis/strategy and user story writing. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery and maintenance of the VCS portfolio/program/project structure.
  • Enable business partner engagement to facilitate effective program execution
  • Assist with the management of technology delivery across all processes, developing process improvements and process strategy leveraged by VCS
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external peers to facilitate delivery of key initiatives through implementation
  • Leverage core Agile tactics to properly align initiatives with new platform direction including agile PM components
  • Track/request business user stories and ensure all variances are acknowledged, approved and have been communicated to leadership where appropriate
  • Establish and apply standards for defining measurable business benefits for all projects, maintain classification of benefits and linkage to VCS business strategy, and track and communicate realization of said benefits
  • Package updates as it relates to program performance for executive updates and business reviews Qualifications Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 7+ years of experience implementing organizational strategies and project management
    • Must be comfortable with working closely with various business organizations
    • PMP and Agile Certification a plus
    • Ability to take the lead on projects with minimal supervision or follow-up
    • Ability to balance competing priorities and business needs
    • Detail oriented, self-starter with proven written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, MS Project and Visio
    • Significant Experience with Contact Center technology
