As a member of our Database Management team within Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI), you have the opportunity to learn - and make a difference - at one of the world's most innovative financial firms. Your responsibilities will span monitoring, incident management, risk control, performance tuning, patching, upgrades and migration. And we'll offer feedback, coaching and mentoring all the way, helping you improve your skills and setting you up for greater opportunities within our Global Technology Infrastructure Group.**Key Responsibilities of the Role**You will work as part of the Graph Databases Product line team member in the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) and will be responsible for defining, developing, engineering and operating Graph Database Platform-as-a-Service products for both on-prem and public clouds like AWS, GCP and Azure.**Attributes of Technologists in Platform Services**+ Respect for people and opinions and the ability to confidently offer your point of view+ Ability to thrive in a collaborative and diverse environment+ A drive to proactively build trust in order to cultivate long lasting relationships+ Optimism and adaptability when faced with challenges and complex situations, coupled with the drive to solve complex problems and continuously optimize processes+ Dedication to continuous improvement and development of your skillset and talents+ A strong personal identification with JPM's values**Required Skills and Qualifications**This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience+ Knowledge of AWS is required+ Experience with AWS Neptune is an advantage+ Knowledge of GSQL, GQL, SPARQL, OWL, Gremlin, Cypher, etc. will be advantages+ Demonstrated ability to drive Agile development and implement automated process to improve graph database system reliability+ Knowledge of IT infrastructure, with a background in databases+ Development skills in Python and Terraforms+ Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills+ Demonstrated ability to deliver results and provide good customer experience+ Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile development methodology+ Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals**What's in it for you?**Besides being in cool team, we thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver products to continually help our clients succeed.
