Job Description:Assist in the execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB or ECF. Execute LOB/ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide Standards. Support the implementation of QA/QC processes within the LOB/ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls. Identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation, whilst assisting in building out actions plans and milestones. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Develop and direct staff. Incumbents typically have over 8+ years of risk management and LOB/ECF experience. This role will coordinate and oversee technology risk & control interactions with regulators (primarily OCC & FRB) horizontally across GBT / GMOT / GMT / ERFT.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication, participation and timely coordination of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc Risk and Regulatory routine deliverables; lead meetings as needed ensure effective collaboration and execution of deliverables.Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate updates, metrics and review materials as needed to support routines; perform quality review before final submission to senior management and / or regulatory bodies.Engage with Senior Management, to effectively direct, support, and escalate risk and regulatory routine related inquiries as needed.Coordinate, maintain, and communicate to stakeholders a schedule of deliverables and meeting timelines to ensure commitments are met on time.Other technology risk related activities as necessary; which may include engagement in regulatory exams of technology topics; engagement in regulatory issues management; or engagement in other technology risk and control programs and efforts.Manage cross functional operational risk programs and projects by driving communication and coordination across multiple divisions to ensure the timely completion of objectives and the seamless execution of plans. Lead and/or coordinate special projects and programs.Identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining execution of risk management processes; partner across multiple divisions to execute.Foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate risk culture.Required Skills & Abilities:5-8+ years of technology, technology control experience for a large and complex organizationStrong understanding of technology / technology risk and control / technology risk managementActive participation during the identification, remediation, and oversight of technology issues/ risks; including action plan development and executionStrong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers /stakeholders and senior leaders across various lines of business.Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment; Ability to drive strategic initiatives with a track record of successful change and making difficult decisions.Proven ability to foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate Risk CultureProven ability to execute with accuracy, precision, and attention to detailAbility to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently; Proven ability to manage and develop team members.Proactive approach - ability to connect the dots, look across, and a love of problem-solvingStrong communication skills (presentation and influencer); ability to synthesize information in order to drive results; Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust.Participation in cross-functional teams and ability to work effectively in both a matrixed and a geographically dispersed teamCompetency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ExcelDesired Skills & Abilities:Markets technology, Corp Investment technology, Infrastructure technology, financial services technology, technology consulting background strongly preferredCISA, CGEIT, CISM , CRISC, CISP, or other related certification strongly preferredCollege degree (BS or equivalent) in applicable field of study strongly preferredShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
