The Prime Brokerage Technology Data Platforms Lead is a senior management position responsible for the delivery roadmap and the forward looking engineering/architectural strategy for all data services, including Client Reporting, across Prime Brokerage technology.The Prime Services business competes in a highly competitive marketplace, providing Prime Brokerage services to institutional clients and backing this up with financing and stock borrow capabilities. Prime Brokerage Technology provides solutions that underpin these operations providing the foundation of this business. Our clients rely on us to provide consistently high levels of service to ensure transactions, payments and reporting are delivered without failure or error every day.Responsibilities:Develop and execute upon a forward looking strategy for data services including Client Reporting offering across Prime Brokerage Technology conforming to best practices on timeliness, data quality, lineage and traceability.Manage globally dispersed teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)Provide senior ownership and accountability for all technical deliveries across data platforms.Promoting a strong engineering culture across the development team with a focus on:Developer lead automated testingContinuous Integration & Continuous DeploymentImplementation of Cloud-native solutionsProvide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end resultsInfluence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessaryAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant experienceExperience in applications developmentExperience in management including managing global technology teamsExperience in data platforms and reportingRecord of quality-led engineering using developer-led automated testing, CI/CD, micro-services, containerized deployment and Cloud engineering.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Applications Development------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Jersey City New Jersey United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Salary Range:$170,880.00 - $256,320.00------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
