Position Description:\u00A0\u00A0Deploys changes to customers while minimizing risk using A/B tests, blue-green deployments, feature toggles, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and code reviews in a fast-paced agile environment.\u00A0 Leads a team of software developers to deliver business critical software components that have an impact on financing decision making processes responsible for cross-platform portfolios. Draws on in-depth knowledge of the business or function to provide business unit-wide solutions by developing complex, multi-faceted software applications. Researches and recommends new technologies in support of the strategic direction of the business unit and participates in the research and recommendation of appropriate models, methods, tools, and technologies to achieve business-unit-wide solutions.\u00A0\u00A0Primary Responsibilities:\u00A0\u00A0

• Translates and incorporates business vision and strategy to architectural strategy recommendations at the functional level.\u00A0
• Participates in high-level, cross- functional architecture design teams.\u00A0
  • Identifies and consults with internal and external technical resources to produce cross-company strategic designs.\u00A0
  • Consults on development and delivery of major technology initiatives for the business unit.\u00A0
  • Consults on deployment of major project deliverables.\u00A0
  • Consults on the documentation of major technology application.\u00A0
  • Oversees the technical implementation of cross-divisional or company architectural components.\u00A0
    • Initiates and drives project or strategy discussions with users or external groups to resolve issues.\u00A0
    • Sets vision, goals, and direction of team/organization.\u00A0
    • Plans and leads organization-wide initiatives.\u00A0
    • Provides leadership, technical supervision, and expertise to multiple teams in broad technical areas on complex organization-wide projects.\u00A0
    • Advises senior management on technical strategy.\u00A0
      • Researches and recommends new technologies.\u00A0
      • Works across groups to identify opportunities for organization-wide technology initiatives.\u00A0

      • Determines technical approaches at a strategic level for the business unit.\u00A0\u00A0Education and Experience:\u00A0\u00A0Bachelor s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience developing J2EE Web applications or Cloud agnostic dynamic microservice enabled Web applications using open source technologies in a shared services, prime brokerage or securities lending environment.\u00A0\u00A0Or, alternatively, Master s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience developing J2EE Web applications or Cloud agnostic dynamic microservice enabled Web applications using open source technologies in a shared services, prime brokerage or securities lending environment.\u00A0\u00A0Skills and Knowledge:\u00A0\u00A0Candidate must also possess:\u00A0\u00A0
        • Demonstrated Expertise (\u201CDE\u201D) performing prime business analytics -- analyzing counterparty and stock loan performance, scorecards, counterparty balance allocation, long lending revenue, rate change metrics, whiteboard, crowding, and cash projections -- in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud environment, using Java, Spring Boot, Docker, OAuth, JWT, ECS, Config, Key store, and IBM MQ.\u00A0
        • DE performing security transfers and cash wires, using Java, Oracle, Docker, and ECS; and creating letters of intent and formatting SWIFT messages, using OFAC checks built on lightweight Web container applications, Oracle, Docker, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ, Tibco RV, and ECS according to DevOps process.\u00A0
        • DE performing treasury and margin risk analytics to expose counterparty and portfolio risk, using Concourse, Jenkins, ECS, S3, Lambda, Java, Docker, JProfile, Selenium, Cucumber Serenity framework, JUnit, Sonar, and Route53; and integrating and analyzing imagine systems, internal prime risk workstation systems, and real-time hypothetical multi-broker risk assessments following 12 factor design, using AWS Cloud native services, OAuth integration, and QA Automation framework.\u00A0
