Job Description:

Genesis10 is seeking an Application Developer for a 12-month right to hire contract position with a corporate investment banking company located in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY. This is a hybrid remote position that requires 2 to 3 days in office.

Summary: Seeking an Application Developer.

Requirements: Strong hands-on backend developer experience with Java 11, Spring, Databases (Relational & NoSQL), Big data, Exposure to Kafka.
Linux, VM basics, Docker/Containers, Tomcat, Shell script, Python.
Experience with Big Data solutions (Apache Spark).
Data structures, Algorithm, Object-orientated programming techniques, Design patterns, Java Concurrency, Memory Management.
Experience with GIT, CI/CD, Automated unit/integration/regression tests, Maven.
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Pay rate range: $85.00 - $90.00 hourly.
