**HYBRID ONSITE role in Jersey City NJ two weeks per month (strong preference for local candidates)****W2 ONLY** 1099 or CTC candidates will not be consideredThe DAT Team is responsible for platform services and APIs that manage cryptocurrency trading. Our platform contains a crossing engine and a smart router that would connect and send client orders to other exchanges and liquidity providers. In addition to aggregating market data and routing orders the platform also includes multiple internal/external facing user interfaces and API and services to support the platformThis is a hands-on role where you will help build out the Rust Ecosystem and write code for new product features. It is a great opportunity to build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based services using modern software development practices. You will work closely with the technical lead and architects.TOP Skills:

• 3+ years of technology experience in the development and implementation of software solutions in highly scalable environments using RUST as a programming language with a preference within financial technologies.
• Python
• Understanding of tokenization
• Solid understanding of algorithmic/ trading knowledge/ experience - high volume, low latency, electronic trading systemsNice to Have:
  • Experience with digital assets/ EVM
