Job Title: Free Trade Zone Administrator Location: Newark, NJ 07102(hybrid) Duration: 8 Months with possibility of extension Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only) Job Summary: Panasonic is seeking a FTZ Compliance Analyst to support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations at its U.S. distribution facilities. The role involves ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, managing inventory control systems, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) · 3 years in customs compliance, FTZ operations, inventory control, or international trade · Working knowledge of CBP and FTZ regulations · U.S. citizenship required · Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); Customs Broker license preferred · Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills Note : This role may involve regular coordination with CBP officers, third-party warehouses, internal IT teams, and external software vendors.
