Job Description:
Bridge Clients to Custom Software Solutions A product-focused
enterprise software team is seeking an Implementation Specialist to
guide new clients through onboarding, configuration, and
post-launch support for a robust internal platform. You’ll play a
key role in translating client goals into tailored, scalable
software solutions—driving both technical execution and user
satisfaction. This hybrid role is based near Blue Bell, PA,
offering the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders
across industries while contributing to ongoing product improvement
and client success. What You’ll Do: · Lead discovery and planning
sessions with clients to map their business needs and system
requirements · Configure the software platform to align with client
workflows, permissions, and integration points · Collaborate with
technical and product teams to scope and support customization ·
Serve as a main point of contact throughout the implementation
lifecycle and beyond · Document workflows, business requirements,
and change requests · Provide guidance during training and go-live,
and support follow-up configuration post-deployment · Ensure
solutions meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards ·
Support ongoing internal goals related to software quality and
customer success What You Bring: · 2 years of experience in
software implementation, business analysis, or enterprise platform
support · Familiarity with software configuration, user role setup,
and system workflow mapping · Experience working directly with
external stakeholders or end-users · Solid documentation skills
(e.g., BRDs, URDs, process diagrams) · Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and maintain proactive communication ·
Collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments and
technical teams Bonus Points For: · Knowledge of Business Process
Management (BPM) tools · Background in regulated industries (e.g.,
life sciences, pharma, compliance) · Experience with enterprise
change control or validation procedures · Understanding of SDLC,
GxP, or good documentation practices Work Environment: · Hybrid
schedule with on-site presence in Blue Bell, PA · Occasional client
site visits or industry events may be required · Cross-functional
collaboration with technical teams, project managers, and business
leads Compensation: · Base Salary: $70,000–$100,000, commensurate
