Job Title: IT Support Analyst Location: Sumneytown Pike, PKI
West Point, PA (19486) Work Mode: 100% Onsite Duration: 12-month
contract (potential extension or conversion) Pay Rate: $32.54/hr
(W2) Benefits: Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision Work Schedule
Standard shift options: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 7:00 AM 4:00 PM 9:00 AM
6:00 PM No weekends, no overtime Position Overview The Lab
Computing Analyst provides hands-on technical support for computer
and data center operations. This role involves installing,
configuring, and troubleshooting server and non-desktop systems
while ensuring system security, performance, and reliability in a
centralized computing environment Key Responsibilities Provide
non-routine technical support for computer and data center
operations Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and
non-desktop hardware and software Maintain access control, data
integrity, and file system security Monitor, track, and document
system performance and utilization metrics Communicate technical
information effectively to both technical and non-technical users
Recommend hardware, software, and process improvements to enhance
system efficiency Support IT infrastructure and technology projects
as needed Collaborate with internal teams, Professional Services,
and outsourcing partners Support internal and client-facing,
web-enabled solutions Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on
computing and technical support experience Strong troubleshooting
skills with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Ability to adapt quickly to
changing technical environments Excellent customer service skills
(email and chat support) Strong communication and documentation
skills Supervisory or management experience is a plus TMN
