with a business casual atmosphere. We are seeking a highly skilled
and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT
Applications team. This role will serve as a technical leader and
subject matter expert in Microsoft Intune, Azure, and core IT
infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate will play a
critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining
enterprise systems, and will provide mentorship and guidance to
junior team members. Primary Job Responsibilities: Lead the
configuration, deployment, and management of Microsoft Intune for
device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
Administer and optimize Azure services including virtual machines,
identity management, and resource groups. Manage and maintain
Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM environments to ensure
secure and efficient operations. Oversee infrastructure components
including servers, storage, and networking systems. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to support enterprise applications and
ensure seamless integration with infrastructure. Develop and
maintain documentation for systems architecture, processes, and
procedures. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to
ensure high availability and reliability. Participate in audits,
compliance reviews, and security assessments. Mentor junior
administrators and contribute to team development and knowledge
sharing. Be onsite at our Philadelphia office 4 days per week.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of
experience in systems administration, with a focus on enterprise
environments. Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure
administration. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy,
SCCM, and general IT infrastructure. Experience with PowerShell
scripting and automation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration
abilities. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g.,
MS-102, AZ-104, MD-101). Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools. Job
Location This role will be hybrid at our Philadelphia office 4 days
