Job DescriptionQuesnay is looking to incorporate an Enterprise Sales Manager, based in Jersey City, NJ as part of our growing team responsible for enterprise sales. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated sales professional who has a passion for digital products, strategy, corporate innovation, the startup community, and can sell innovation consulting projects.The Sales Manager at Quesnay will target the right enterprise clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value. The individual will handle and close opportunities through the establishment of a win-win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, management of client interactions during the sales process and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities. Services are:· Consulting projects - Innovation, Digital Strategy projectsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES· Develop and manage sales strategy, process, and pipeline.· Construct and execute opportunity plan, including win themes, win tactics & action plan, relationship plan, deal shaping and price-to-win· Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status· Review solution plans, cost models and written proposals as appropriate to ensure alignment with strategy, win themes, and price-to-win.· Identify, sell and close revenue-generating innovation projects within existing and prospective clients.· Solicit and maintain contact with current and prospect key accounts· Manage end to end: account planning, client procurement, meeting follow-up, pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, contract negotiation, proposal and statement of Work (SOW) development· Develop and leverage existing relationships with potential customers in the local region through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, direct marketing, and/or other business or social outings.· Engage in activities focused at generating market awareness and client awareness of the firm and/or demand for our services.· Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate; become an innovation Specialist· Funnel customer/prospective customer insights and feedback, influencing service roadmaps where necessary· Work cross functionally with project managers and consultantsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE· 5-7 years’ experience closing sales in enterprise sales – preferably in consulting, innovation or digital product /technology sales· Strong understanding of strategic consulting business, corporate innovation and technology· Relationships within Fortune 500 companies in one or more sectors: finance, health, insurance, media, technology, and telecom.· Ability to close 6 figure deals and finalize agreements· Demonstrated interest in learning clients’ lines of business· Proven executive level persuasion and negotiation skills· Must be hard working, highly motivated, results-driven and persistent· Superior communication, both written and verbal, and presentation skills· Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment· Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting· Clear ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally· Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence, and results· Able to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and Quesnay service offerings· Willingness to travel (10-15% of the time)Company DescriptionQuesnay Inc. helps Fortune 100 companies in the Mobile, Media, Financial Services, and Retail sectors drive innovation with results.
