The Agile Project Manager will effectively manage assigned
technology projects that have low to medium risk. This includes
facilitating iterative feature discovery, delivery, continuous
improvement, as well as management of project risks and issues in
order to reliably drive business value to market.
* Facilitate collaboration amongst members of a project team and
maintain alignment towards their goals. Rally team members to
identify activities required to meet their goals and maximize the
team s ability to achieve those goals.
* Communicate both verbally and in writing to ensure a common
understanding of team activities across all project stakeholders
and participants. Ensure team is communicating adequately, and
facilitate identification and implementation of solutions that
optimize team communications and flow of information.
Communications strategies are well thought out and documented.
Develop partnerships with stakeholders and facilitate planning to
ensure business goals are met. Manage risk and issues.
* Foster an environment and culture of continuous improvement, and
inspection / adaption to maximize the potential of a project
* Manage the prioritization / needs of the business and ensures the
project team regularly delivers business value while maintaining a
balance between scope, time, and budget.
* A working knowledge of Agile Project Life Cycles (Scrum, Kanban)
and tools (Confluence, Jira)
* Ability to identify issues, propose solutions to the management
and lead the effort in resolving the issues.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to use
influence to keep teams focused and resolve conflicts
* Familiarity with basic development technologies and skills
* Ability to negotiate in reference to time management and
* 2+ years of proven experience serving as Project Manager or
ScrumMaster for Software Development Team
* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or related field or
* Engaged as a productive member of a project team, using agile
* Experienced ScrumMaster, with ability to recognize obstacles as
they impede the team s progress
* Demonstrated understanding of Project Management concepts.
* Identified and managed risks and opportunities within a
