Associate Immigration Attorney -Boutique immigration and general law firm seeks an experience Immigration Attorney for our NJ Office. We are a growing practice who needs a sharp, quick thinking attorney who can manage caseload on his or her own with little to no supervision. Opportunity to grow within the firm's structure.Fluent in Spanish is a must. Top-tier English writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.NJ bar required.1 or more years of experience preferred.Major Responsibilities:

• Court appearance (mostly Immigration Court) Some Family, Matrimonial and Criminal Court
• Draft legal documents, brief, pleadings, appeals.
• Scrutinize legal documents drafted by legal assistants or attorneys
• Independently handle caseloads.
• Advise clients on legal matters.To be considered, please attach resume, cover letter, a writing sample, a few sentences about why you are the right candidate, and your minimum salary expectations.Salary commensurate with relevant experience. Salary review every year based on performance. Additional bonus, referral and commissions payments.
