Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Contracts Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements on a daily
basis
Negotiate agreements in compliance with company policies and risk
tolerance
Advise business clients on risk and company approval processes and
policies
Required Qualifications:
Ability to communicate legal subject matter effectively
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and revise clear, concise
commercial agreements
Ability to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize workload with
strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
1-3 years of legal experience, preferably negotiating contracts
within a corporate law firm
