Responsibilities Work with senior litigators to develop litigation
strategy for the defense of medical malpractice actions Draft and
review pleadings and discovery, memos, briefs and other legal
correspondence and litigation documents Analysis of medical records
Represent clients in court Participate in depositions, conferences,
hearings and all other aspects of medical malpractice litigation
Interact with medical experts Conduct legal and medical research
and analysis Draft motions Qualifications 3 years of experience in
medical malpractice/healthcare litigation Admission to practice in
