Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Toms River, NJ. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I?35. We offer steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits beginning on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction. What we offer Stable W2 role with year-round freight and consistent work. Compensation: Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route. Paid training: Fully paid three- to five-week program for recent graduates who meet the training hours requirement. Bonus opportunities for safety and performance. Home time: Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment. Late-model equipment: Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Typical day on the job Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company rules. Haul primarily no-touch dry van freight, with about 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments. Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Who we are looking for Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 training hours are also considered. Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
