Location: Springfield Gardens, NY (On-site) Employment Type:
Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Some OT as
needed) Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually benefits Why this

international air shipments end-to-end, own the customer
experience, and collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and

you. What you’ll do Coordinate international air export shipments
from booking through final departure; open and manage files in
CargoWise (willing to train) Serve as primary point of contact for
customers, carriers, and customs brokers; proactively communicate
status and resolve issues. Prepare and audit export documentation
(commercial invoices, HAWB/MAWB, bills of lading), ensure
compliance with Incoterms and regulatory requirements. Calculate
and verify charges, ensure accurate billing, and close files on
time. Troubleshoot customs holds/delays and coordinate with
relevant parties to expedite release. What you’ll bring Experience
: 3 years preferred (air export focus). Systems: 1–2 years working
in CargoWise preferred. Knowledge: Working familiarity with
Incoterms , air carrier processes, and export documentation
(REQUIRED) Education: High school diploma or GED. Strengths: Clear
written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and strong
organization in a fast-moving environment. What we offer
