The Client Service Supervisor provides client service
relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and
engagement for assigned relationships in Latin America. Areas of
focus may include Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody
disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client
relationships. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for
managing and mentoring 2-4 Client Service Representatives and
Senior Client Service Representatives.

As a member of the Client Service Group, Fund Accounting team, you
will help clients improve performance in all aspects. You will
serve as a vital conduit between your team and your clients to
ensure we meet their differentiated needs and exceed their
expectations. The high level of external and internal interaction

critical thinking skills and play a critical role in the growth of

-Be attentive to your team and your clients. Take time to really
listen to your client s needs, understand their goals and how you
can improve their experience.
-Demonstrate a goal oriented focus. As a supervisor, you will need
to set goals for your team and empower each team member to meet
objectives on an individual and team level.
-Be efficient and effective. In a fast paced environment, having
the focus and motivation to get things done is crucial.
-Bilingual English/Spanish required, written and spoken business
-Strong client service and relationship management skills
-BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
-3+ years of Custody or Fund Accounting experience preferred
-Management or supervisor experience preferred
