Our business office in Jersey City is in need of a Recruiting Specialist. Please note this is a junior level role. This position is NOT REMOTE- and would require you to come in our office daily in Jersey City, NJ Duties include screening applications and resumes, and calling candidates for interviews for our industrial and office positions. Will also utilize social media to find talent and coordinate with various organizations to let them know about our open jobs. Will also post our jobs on various places. Will support recruiters to find them the right talent. This is an entrance into full recruiting! Prequalification- a desire to learn the recruiting world. Customer Service experience as well. Job Requirements:* Contacting potential candidates for interviews* Obtain candidates to meet recruiting needs* Organize interviews with suitable candidates* Organize interviews with selected candidates* Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting tools* Maintain calendar of candidate interviews for recruiting team* Provide recruiting and administrative support* Assist the recruiting team and recruiting managers* Sending candidates directions and interview instructions* Hire an administrative and recruiting assistant* Initiate background checks for all candidates* Assisting recruiters in all recruiting activities* Track all recruiting activity using recruitment management system to ensure accurate recruiting data* Identifying candidates for various positions* Greet and escort candidates to interviews* Respond to candidates regarding recruitment inquiries* Organize interviews and conference calls with potential candidates* Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates* Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates for presentation to hiring managers* Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
