Principal: Sales and Service AnalyticsE*TRADE is currently searching for a Principal, Sales & Service Analytics. This role will report into the Director, Sales & Service Analytics in the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) organization. The person will work with data in a hands-on capacity to provide analytics, insights, and business intelligence for projects supporting the Head of Sales & Service for the Brokerage business. This role requires the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and to drive business results.Responsibilities:

• Enhance our lead management and cross-sell capabilities with better data, leads (3rd party, service to sales etc.), segmentation and customer profile analysis, and prioritization models
• Build the framework to evaluate fully loaded ROI on customers across segments (FC, Platinum, Private Client, etc.) for use in customer cash promotion strategy, targeting, and negotiated rate arrangements; enhance the current service segmentation/optimization leveraging revenue and profitability drivers
• Measure sales and service productivity and effectiveness and make recommendations to increase efficiency; understand service metrics across communication channels, and report on them at a weekly/monthly/quarterly frequency
• Partner with the data science team to provide predictive targeting capabilities (likelihood to attrite, product propensity models, Lifetime Value prediction) to enable sales and service strategies
• Create a unified Business Intelligence (BI) reporting suite for the needs of the Sales & Service business; develop insights, measurement capabilities, and KPIs to enable monthly and quarterly executive updates on the state and direction of the businessRequirements:
  • Degree in Science/Engineering/Mathematics preferred along with 5+ years of experience in a hands-on data and analytics role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and expertise in hands-on data analytics and deriving insights, with a high standard of analytical rigor
  • Track record of working independently and solving problems creatively, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Strong communication skills, and experience in effectively communicating with executives, employees, colleagues, and clients - 2+ years in a customer-facing position preferred
