The Senior Business Change Partner ("Change Partner") will work with North America Underwriting, Operations, Chief Underwriting Office, and Technology teams to lead execution and program management for on-going end to end transformation across all in-scope Commercial Lines of Business and Products. Further, the Change Partner will support the successful transition from implementation to BAU/run operations into the NA region. The role also requires working with Global Process Owners and GI Operations Leaders to plan, support and operationalize a continuous improvement program to identify, triage and prioritize enhancements to the Digital Workflow following the Program phase of work. This role will operate within a unique matrixed environment, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to build consensus on solutions, coordinate actions, and drive successful implementation of the NA Program. This role will report to the Head of Business Change, North America. About the role What you need to know: --- Lead Program execution of Digital Workflow/Duck Creek policy administration system implementation for NA lines of business.- Track design decisions that will facilitate the adoption of ISO rates, forms and rules for Casualty business (Workers Comp, AL, GL).- Facilitate the right representation of the "voice of business" from GI North America (Underwriting, Operations) to a large technology team developing the SCUP NA Digital Workflow platform.- Oversee and hold accountable vendor partners supporting the development of the Duck Creek platform and Digital Workflow environment.- Deploy strong design thinking while overseeing requirements definitions across Core Components such as forms, raters and rules, that support configuration of Duck Creek platform for AIG businesses.--- Program Scope & Quality Assurance- Actively manage Program scope in partnership with SCUP NA Product Lead- Oversee and drive the development of integrated plans and timelines- Drive operating and reporting rhythm for the SCUP NA Program (regional reporting) in alignment with guidance from Global SCUP Program team and AIG 200 Transformation Management Office (TMO)- Defines and manages milestones and tollgates--- Program Cost & Budgeting (AIG and Vendor costs)- Oversee the development, validation and tracking of integrated financials for the SCUP NA region- Actively oversee and establish governance for vendor spend reporting and management- Accountable for metrics and reporting for management and TMO--- Program Risks, Issues, and Intersections/Dependencies- Responsible for tracking; facilitating the resolution of risks end to end- Drive escalations to ensure priority issues get the right attention in a timely manner- Drive cadence to resolve Risks and Issues- Identify potential intersections and dependencies and escalate to Global SCUP PMO--- End to end integration- Provide program management support for all aspects of the stand-up, including developing workplans, tracking progress, coordinating, and organizing resources, etc.- Maintain cross-UW initiative interdependencies- Facilitate reviews with Operations, Underwriting, Actuarial, HR, Legal, Compliance, other support areas and business leadership to support business change efforts. What we're looking for: --- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant work experience.--- Deep expertise through successful leadership of Duck Creek platform implementation, strong understanding of technology architecture and business impact, design thought leadership, change orientation, and effective communication.--- Demonstrable experience standing up, leading, and managing complex projects and programs for senior leadership, ability to influence and partner with stakeholders to deliver project objectives--- Mid to senior level experience including in Duck Creek implementation, business operations, and/or process improvement roles; ideally 5+ years of experience will be in insurance industry-experience in commercial P&C required.--- Advanced understanding of NA Casualty products (AL, GL, WC) and working knowledge of ISO.--- Familiarity and experience working with commercial insurance processes, operations, business models, data, and technologies is strongly preferred.--- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning (quantitative and qualitative) that can be applied in a problem-solving scenario.--- Experience and expertise in applied process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, or firm specific/internal methods), including process mapping, root cause analysis, re-engineering, etc.--- Mastery of executive-level communications development and high-degree of comfort in working/communicating with senior business leaders.--- Self-starter that is comfortable working in a dynamic program environment that includes a degree of ambiguity.
