The ISO Solutions unit of Verisk Insurance Solutions is looking for a Sr. Client Support Specialist to support Mozart Form Composer an innovative cloud-based product management and development platform serving insurance carriers. The candidate will be responsible for working closely with Product Managers, Product Development, and Customers to assist in servicing customers and supporting the growth and development of Mozart Form Composer. The candidate will also be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales services including requirement gathering, implementation, product presentations, training, troubleshooting and product management and technical support.

This position will be responsible for the timely and smooth implementation of new customers, process improvement and coordination of any issues as they arise for new and existing customers.


  • Develop extensive knowledge of product and features to support customers, sales, implementation and service
  • Provide second-level support to answer technical questions and triage issues for resolution including PC hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Answers customer and field support questions, implement and train new customers
  • Liaise with Product Development, Support and Customers to identify issues, document, and provide answers and direction back to customers
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to research the market, promote the product's and expand its usage
  • Research and coordinate new feature implementation and customizations
  • This role requires travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Support role working on B2B and SAAS products.
  • 5 -7 years prior implementation management, sales support, or customer services experience is required
  • Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to present both in person and virtually to senior management and train large client audiences on a business and technical level with a professional demeanor
  • Background in Property and Casualty insurance industry preferred
