Training? You bet. We provide the framework and the resources. You take the lead and make it happen.

Can’t wait to talk to customers? Awesome news! You’ll be engaging with your customers in the first month!

How many customers will I have? You kick things off with 5-25 solid accounts w/substantial upside.  All account management is handled for you with a full-service CSM team focused on providing world-class customer care, while you drive engagement in each account.

How are new accounts generated? If you’re a sales hunter by nature, but gravitate toward uncovering opportunities within an existing base of customers, we’ve got great news for you! vCom’s Business Development team recently doubled in size and are primed to feed you new customers on an ongoing basis. New Logos have been rolling in rapidly with no end in sight.

Do I have to sit behind a desk all day? No way! vCom values face-time with customers.  Our AE’s frequently travel to meet with customers in-person and host dinners, golf outings, concerts, happy hours, go-karting experiences, wine tasting, and more - all leading to strategic conversations.

Our comp plans include a healthy base + unlimited commission!!  You’ll be eligible to earn commissions from Day 1!

The Selection Process

  • Your resume/application will be reviewed by a human
  • Qualified candidates will be invited to complete two assessments
  • Once the assessments are completed, candidates will participate in a pre-screening phone conversation with Human Resources
  • A select group of candidates will be interviewed (rounds of interviews may include phone, video, an in-person interviews with vCom’s sales leaders and CRO).  Candidates participating in the in-person interview will present a sales pitch demo.
