Job Description:

The CAO Data Strategy, Governance and Business Intelligence team is responsible for overall data strategy and governance across CAO functions, in an effort to drive new business insights, enhance analytics, and streamline reporting.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ Work closely with Departmental consumers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers

+ Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

+ Create environment of reliable data, transparency of issues, escalation, and accountability

+ Review of complex data relationships, providing deep data analysis in order to properly align multiple data sets to align with Firmwide consistent data management strategy and in support of data quality initiatives

+ Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution

+ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

+ Manage data sets to support visualization tools and the innovation agenda

+ Identify areas for business improvement/optimization using data tools, analytics and targeted visualizations

+ Field queries from key stakeholders to find practical/workable results; including providing recommendations and solutions to meet reporting needs

+ Building of strong relationships across CAO and key stakeholders and assist in Relationship Management to one or more corporate functions within CAO, including Global Supplier Diversity

**Qualifications / Key Skill Requirements:**

+ Minimum 3+ years' experience in Reporting and Data Analysis roles

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or related area; MBA a plus, but not required

+ Strong MS Office skills (advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Access)

+ Strong hands-on Alteryx development experience

+ Experience with Tableau, Xceptor, Cognos or other BI/Data analytics tool a plus

+ Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

+ Demonstrated data analysis experience to support process improvement recommendations

+ Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills

+ Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills

+ Independent thinker, logical thought process to perform detailed analysis and make sound decisions

+ Strong organizational skills
