Job Description:

The Global Client Service Delivery team leads strategic initiatives across the Treasury Services and Trade global client service organizations, to position the business to best serve our clients. We are responsible for a variety of "change the bank" projects that drive the business forward. This position will support the transformation and change initiatives that are focused on delivering the service tools of the future to transform user experiences and deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities of the role: * Evaluating business processes to identify process improvement opportunities, performing requirements analysis, and gathering feedback to validate results and develop path forward * Working closely with business users to scope problems, understand pain points and identify actionable opportunities * Supporting quantitative analysis that will define and measure the impact of transformation/change initiatives * Serving as a liaison for the service organization partnering with the business, technology and product teams * Define and manage business project plans, and co-ordinate working groups to govern and drive projects to completion * Good risk and controls knowledge to ask the right questions and stay focused on the highest control standards * Develop content to update executive management, leadership and stakeholders on roadmap, delivery milestones and change management * Develop roadmap for roll-out and adoption of new initiatives and capabilities across clients and employees * Working with large sets of information to derive insights and recommend meaningful actions * Self-motivated and committed individual who works well in a diverse team Key Qualifications: * 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Wholesale Payments businesses (TS, Trade etc) * Working knowledge of Agile project methodology and project management practices including business analysis * Able to think strategically and exercise independent judgement * Flexible and able to multi-task within expected time frame * Able to create executive presentations with effective messaging * Exceptional eye for detail * Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills * Proven ability to communicate (written and verbal) and interact with senior level management * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel); experience in other data visualization platforms a plus * Self-motivated and committed individual who works well in a diverse team
