Summary:
On behalf of our client, a leader in the online gambling industry, is looking for individuals to join their Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have call center experience in the online gambling industry, technical troubleshooting skills, and a passion to help customers!

Requirements:
1+ year of call center experience
Ability to handle inquires via phone, chat, and email
Experience with technical troubleshooting
Passion for the online gambling industry
Open availability to work different shifts and days.

Responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for customer issues, questions, and requests.
Provide best in class client service by phone, email, or live chat.
Where necessary, provide coverage for our community chatrooms to ensure an engaging environment for players.
Escalate situations to appropriate management or other departments to determine the proper course of action and provide a solution.
Respond to emails, live chat, and telephone calls from customers in a professional manner.
Leverage product knowledge to assist customers in playing Casino, Slot, and Bingo games and in placing sports wagers.
Encourages customer participation in promotion opportunities.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using the available database and customer contact management tools.
Collect and disseminate customer feedback on promotions, products, or operations.
Perform related work or additional projects as required by the business including outbound calls.
