GARP is looking for a user experience designer responsible for
designing elegant solutions to business needs that resonate with
our users. This includes conducting user research and surveying
data, and translating your findings into user journeys, mockups,
and prototypes. You will work to enhance the overall functionality
of GARP products and iterate upon it to ensure a great user
Translate concepts into pixel-perfect designs that lead to
intuitive user experiences.
Use industry knowledge and user research/data to inform design
Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and
prototypes for existing and new experiences across all GARP
Work within an established design system to produce creative and
elegant design solutions to business needs.
Identify design problems and propose new ideas.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate
Manage and execute daily website changes and publishing.
Optimize content and images to improve site performance.

3-5 years experience in User Experience or relevant fields
