b'Our team is looking for a new IT Support Specialist\nYOUR ROLE\nYou will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, interface with development on various product issues, and contribute to projects. Also, you will be responsible for handling difficult, complex tasks that will be delegated to you by support agents. You will be involved in improvement of the existing workflows/processes and defining next steps for improvements together with technical teams and management.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Stationed in the Jersey City corporate office, the main concern is to provide \xe2\x80\x9cwhite glove\xe2\x80\x9d services to the Kuehne + Nagel Inc. executive team and their supporting staff members\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve problems in response to customer\xc2\xa0 or system reported incidents via trouble tickets.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and break down problems using structured problem resolution approaches.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Setup and configure requests together with customer(s).\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Make changes to existing setups based on customer description.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Escalate difficult, complex tasks to the next level.\xc2\xa0\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments; provide management with feedback about areas of technical concern for users and frequently encountered problems.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Update skill set by keeping up with technology changes and industry trends.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Attend trainings in accordance to professional development plan.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Follow standard processes and procedures.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Respect agreed service levels and KPI\xc2\xb4s.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Working in shifts is required.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.\nYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong ability to analyse and solve technical problems.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to learn fast and become proficient with unfamiliar systems.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interact with different countries, cultures, clients (internal and external).\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and presentation skills.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Technical Support or IT experience is strongly desired.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in logistics- or transport business is preferred.\n\xe2\x80\xa2 Readiness and availability to work in shifts.\nGOOD REASONS TO JOIN\nWe offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, excellent training programs and a highly dynamic global work environment'
