Role: Lead Desktop Support
Location: Lebanon , NJ, Jersey city, NJ or NYC
Experience: 8-10 Year
Duration: 12+ Months

Must Have: Windows 7 / 10, SCCM and Intune, patching, packaging hands on in the past manager team,. ( manage India and Mexico)

  • Personal Computer Life Cycle Management (PCLM) - Create, Update, and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures related to the PCLM services . PC Image deployment to be put on the redeployed PC
  • PC configuration of new and redeploying (used) PCs in inventory.
  • Configuration of printers, network and wireless configuration. Re installation of softwares , applying patches, post installation validations of all activities
  • PC break/fix support - Assisting hardware warranty support and arranging appointments to have parts repaired or replaced
  • PC Asset support : Add, Move, change, update, Reassign of DEVICES (IMAC) . Knowledge on inventory Management
  • Ensure end user is able to track process from order to delivery and Procure necessary inventory / devices & Receive and store inventory at client facility
  • Platform configuration/troubleshooting/remediation - Document, troubleshoot, and remediate Platform errors, replication, and performance issues
  • Agent configuration/deployment/troubleshooting & Site Server Configuration and management
  • Patching : Configure and distribute patch bulletins utilizing the existing SCCM on monthly basis and also test and deploy security patches after approvals.
  • Troubleshoot/remediate patch deployment issues. Remediation of Issues related to Patching is in supplier scope.
  • Software Upgrades and Deployment - Manage any required mass deployments of new software to all end points . Manage any required mass upgrades of existing software to all end points.
    • Proactively ensure client devices are not vulnerable, and updated with the latest security patches and antivirus definitions
    • Managing and Supporting Managing Windows 7/Windows 10Troubleshooting, Application Troubleshooting, Hardware Support, Endpoint patching
    • Manage end to end life cycle for devices such as Laptop, Desktop, Thin clients, Mobile Devices, IP phones, Printers etc
    • Has knowledge to work with tools such as Remote Management, SCCM Remedy / Service Now to execute day to day activities
    • Execute IMAC and Break fix activities within SLAs and as per customer satisfaction
    • Support data back and transfer activities for user during Break fix, migration and refresh with utmost care and accuracy
    • Proactively ensure client devices are not vulnerable, and updated with the latest security patches and antivirus definitions
