Job DescriptionLEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. We employ more than 400 people globally, have offices in the USA, Australia, Canada and the UK with more than 12,000 law firms using our software worldwide. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our highly motivated, high velocity People Operations team to help with our high growth plans. LEAP will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring and support in order for you to be successful. Our US-based operation was launched in 2016 and has grown significantly. The US market is many times larger than all the other worldwide markets where we have been successful and shows a huge promise of potential for LEAP. We employ people who are smart and can get things done.This role is based on a hybrid work modelResponsibilitiesFull Cycle Recruiting

  • Owning the full cycle recruiting function to maintain a continuous pipeline of excellent candidates in accordance with overall recruitment forecasting
  • Devise sourcing strategies to capture the brightest wave of LEAPsters, (staffing plans and event strategies) and improve efficiency of the recruitment and selection process
  • Source, screen, interview, refer applicants to hiring managers and partner with hiring manager to ensure all steps of selection process are completed
  • Post internal and external jobs and maintain information in our ATS and on website to ensure quality, effectiveness and meet EEO standards
  • Perform all recruitment responsibilities in accordance with LEAP values (and keeping within employment legislation)
  • Collaborate with other LEAP HR teams globally throughout recruitment process to attain staffing goals
  • Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors associated with recruitment; ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved by appropriate partiesBusiness partner
    • Educate managers on the recruitment process and collaborate based on individual needs
    • Partner with hiring Managers in order to provide quality candidates in a timely manner
    • Build positive, credible relationships with all hiring managersRecruitment Process and Record Keeping
      • Schedule interviews with candidates and internal employees; keeping all parties informed of scheduled interviews and all pertinent information
      • Ensure timely completion of offer, promotion, not qualified and transfer letters, with support from the local HR Team
      • Ensure entry and maintenance of candidates through appropriate hiring stages within applicant tracking system and review of resumes and placement in the appropriate file
      • Maintain confidentiality of all applicant informationRequirements
        • 3+ years of recruiting experience
        • understands today's market and can "sell" the LEAP vision to candidates effectively
        • Has exposure working closely with an integrated HR department
        • Demonstrates an ability to take action and responsibility and works well with little supervision
        • Develops good working relationships with all key parties and is service oriented
        • Is obsessed with getting stuff done to an excellent standard
        • Works brilliantly in a team, but also responsible enough to self-manage
        • Has superb problem-solving skills can gather and analyse data, recommend solutions and follow through on all projects to the LEAP standard of excellence. Thinks BIG
        • Is resilient, flexible and can adapt to any situation with a responsive attitude
        • Is articulate, authentic and always demonstrates excellent judgement and decision making
        • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
