Job Description:

- Day-to-day correspondence with clients; via phone, email, and in-person.
- Gain understanding of LOGON's services and capabilities; through hands on training.
- Assist in the development of client orders by recognizing customer goals, budgets, and expectations in relation to LOGON's resources.
- Learning and comprehending production processes, working cross-functionally with print, production, and mailing teams, to set timelines and ensure all expectations are met (& succeeded!).
- Build long-term client relationships by listening to client needs, demonstrating an understanding of our services, and recommending appropriate solutions in a prompt and clear manner.

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- \*\*Excellent verbal and written communication skills; by phone, email, and in-person
- Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, time management, and client service
- Team player
- Positive attitude and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
