Support Service Specialist III Long Term Project Jersey City, NJ (onsite)

Job Description:
Support Standby LC unit with daily workflow assignments and handle special projects and assignments. Data entry and handling and control of incoming and outgoing Mail and reconciliation of daily work and System queues.

Responsibilities: Accurate Processing of Standby Letter of Credit and data entry and application of SBLC Fee.
Prompt customer service and meeting Unit's SLAs and support Supervisory staff with various ad hoc and Special assignments under strict timelines and high-volume environment.
Prior experience and knowledge of Letters of Credit is preferred and a plus.
Computer skills and Microsoft Office skills are required.
May be required to perform a variety of customer service and/or office support functions in a high-volume environment for both internal and external customers.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Works under general supervision.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
