USD120,000-USD140,000
+ Work cross-functionally to translate business requirements into
visual designs and an intuitive User experience that address user's
needs
+ Create mock-ups, storyboards, and user journeys to communicate
design ideas to cross-functional counterparts
+ Collaborate with the development team to translate prototypes
into workable software
+ Contribute to the definition and implementations of UX/UI
guidelines and best practices
+ Work closely with stakeholders to design and deploy user tests
aimed at uncovering product improvements
+ Help ensure ideal usability and simplicity

+ 2+ years of experience designing consumer focused web and mobile
products
+ Proficient with current UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, InvisionApp,
Adobe XD, etc.)
+ Familiarity with complex interfaces and data intensive
applications
+ Strong, clean, and simple visual design sense
+ Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
+ Able to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to provide
insight into user's needs and behaviors
*Adtech Experience is a Plus
* Must be located in NYC and willing to come into an office 3-4
days per week
