In this role Front Desk Services Officers (FDOs) can expect to be
working in a high-end, fast paced residential community or
hospitality venue. The FDO's mission is to deliver high end
customer service while standing watch for our clients. In this
position our team members are required to be proactive in greeting
and engaging with guests within our facilities in addition to being
excellent problem solvers. FDOs are the foundation of OPS Security
Groups service component.
Job Duties / Essential Functions
---Delivering high end customer service
---Responding to emergencies
---Managing the mailroom and packages
---Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
---Investigating incidents
---Completing daily logs and incident reports
---Conducting regular building patrols
---Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients,
guests and co-workers
---Monitoring CCTV Cameras
---Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications ---High school Diploma or GED
equivalent
---Four years of face to face customer service experience
---Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
---Excellent written and oral communication skills
---Proficient time management skills
---Reliable transportation
---Proactive problem solving skills
---Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation,
urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements Physical
