Job Description:

We are looking to employ a Communications Specialist with exceptional public speaking and writing skills. A Communications Specialist is expected to be a strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure and meeting sales deadlines.
Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's sales policies, principles and strategies, and to keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
  • Arrange and coordinate customer meetings to drive sales.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer issues as and when they happen.
  • Adhere to the company's sales style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality customer service.
  • Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm sales strategy ideas, in line with the company's strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
    Qualifications
    • Solid understanding of sales management principles
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
    • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
    • Proficient command of English
    • BSc/BA in public relations, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
    • Strategic, enthusiastic, and creative thinker
    • Knowledge of how to use computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office)
