About the Role



As BetMGM expands its market reach, our goal is to unite BetMGM Rewards and MGM Rewards to deliver a best-in-class experience to our players, driving a greater share of wallet and incremental value.



The Loyalty CRM Associate is a key partner in executing the BetMGM Rewards strategy. This role reports to the Loyalty Marketing Manager and is responsible for coordinating and executing the BetMGM rewards strategy. It encompasses campaign creation, creative briefing, customer segmentation strategies, and campaign execution/evaluation.



We're looking for a candidate that has experience in the marketing industry and is ready to learn about customer loyalty programs and help create best-in-class customer loyalty campaigns.



Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for daily campaign execution, manage customer communication through email, push notification and onsite channels and ensure the best possible player experience
  • Be the creative counterpart for the Loyalty Marketing Manager to ensure promotions are relevant, and engaging
  • Coming up with new concepts to drive customer retention and incremental value
  • Work with CRM systems and tools to ensure flawless delivery for all Customer Segments at all times
  • Making sure campaigns have been thoroughly tested before presented to customers
  • Working closely with the CRM Operations team to make sure deadlines are met
  • Apply A/B testing approach to accelerate learnings and implement key learnings
  • Ensuring that Customer Journeys are flawless, all hyperlinks work and there are no errors
  • Other required duties assigned by the Loyalty Strategy Manager





    Essential Functions


    • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time








      Qualification



      • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in related field
      • Ambitious and eager to learn with a focus on and interest in customer loyalty, customer experience
      • Experience of working in a Marketing/Loyalty team would be beneficial but not essential
      • Exposure to optimizing CRM techniques, segmentation, campaign planning is preferred
      • Knowledge of Marketing Tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
      • Organized and with a strong work ethic and communication skills, you will be hungry to learn new skills and take on evolving tasks and responsibilities
      • Attention to detail that enables you to work accurately amidst fast paced guidelines and requests
      • Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities
      • Experience of working in a customer facing or customer servicing betting function will be helpful as you will understand the needs and demands of our customers

          Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.







          Pay Range: $26.46 - $36.38 per hour
