AMI is offering a cross training opportunity for Technologists who are interested in CT! Experienced Technologist? New graduate? If you are interested in becoming a CT Technologist, this is a great opportunity to train and prepare in a growing, innovative outpatient imaging facility. The responsibilities of the CT Technologist include, but are not limited to:Perform all computerized axial tomography examinations per departmental policies, as scheduled and upon demand; Perform additional functions including image reconstruction, archiving, filming and other software functions as directed by the Radiologist or as per standard departmental policy; andAny other duties as assigned.This full time, 40 hour per week position includes varying shift times of days, evenings and a weekend rotation. This position will receive training and provide coverage in AMI's offices in Southern New Jersey (Atlantic, Cape May, and Cumberland counties).Candidates for this position must be a graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology; registered or registry-eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). Current and valid CPR/BLS certification is required (must include hands-on instruction) and must be obtained prior to start of employment. Must have flexibility to work varying shifts.Candidates must be willing to work varying shift times, including days, evenings, and weekends.
