Leveraging its vast network of physicians and healthcare experts, CarePoint is quickly becoming recognized as a leader in the broader healthcare landscape as it pioneers creative solutions to address urgent population health needs.What You'll Be Doing:The Diabetes Educator strives to teach the gestational, adult, geriatric and adolescent, child, patient with diabetes and his/her family the skills and knowledge needed to become self-sufficient in the daily management of diabetes.What We're Looking For:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.B.A./B.S. required, Masters Degree preferred.LICENSURE/QUALIFICATIONS: Current license to practice professional nursing in New Jersey. Certification from the NationalCertification Board for Diabetes EducatorsPreferred. Completes C.P.R.
